Ranjith's plot in Whitefield had an irregular dimension — 37 X 33 — which required a design approach different from standard rectangular layouts. The brief was a G+1 home for a family, and the irregular boundary meant the floor plan needed careful calibration to maximise usable area without creating awkward room shapes. Whitefield's site access and approval process were coordinated early to avoid delays during construction.

A G+1 structure is simpler in terms of vertical scope, but an irregular plot still requires precise setting-out at the foundation stage. The construction team worked closely to the structural drawings, with special attention to perimeter dimensions on each floor. Finishing was completed across 1,098 sq.ft with a focus on quality details — on a smaller build, imperfections are more visible and there's less room to compensate.

The completed G+1 home in Whitefield is a compact, well-resolved build that sits naturally on its irregular site. Ranjith received a home that uses the available area efficiently, with good room proportions on both floors and finishes that reflect the quality of execution maintained throughout the project.
