Yes - payment is always milestone-linked. A modest advance is taken to mobilise the project, and subsequent payments are tied to verified completion of defined stages.

Waterproofing is standard on every slab, bathroom, terrace, and external wall face. We use a multi-layer system and do a water-retention test on terraces before applying finishing.

Yes. Our structural design team is in-house. All footings, column sizing, slab thickness, and reinforcement schedules are reviewed by our structural engineer before construction begins.

We do a comprehensive quality audit before handover - checking waterproofing, tile alignment, electrical points, plumbing, painting, and finishing. All snag items are closed before the final walkthrough.

Our defects liability covers structural issues and waterproofing failures for a defined period after handover. If you notice a leak, crack, or structural concern, we attend to it at no additional charge.
